She's been ferberized!

The past month Katalia started sleeping through the night (with Mama & Daddy) and occasionally getting up once. She also started becoming very clingy to Mama during the day. So Daddy and Mama thought this would be a good idea to have her start sleeping on her own in her room.

After much reading, Mama and Daddy decided to use Dr. Ferber's sleep method. Daddy & Mama were very excited the first night to see Katalia put herself to sleep in 9 minutes and didn't wake up till the next morning at 6AM.

Katalia received a package yesterday from her Tita and future god-mama-to-be! Here she is sporting one of the outfits (shoes from Lola)! Mama can't believe she wears size 3-6 month clothes. She's growing up so fast!

Date Family Night!

Date night no longer exists for Daddy & Mama. Instead, there's family night! Daddy takes Katalia and Mama to dinner and shopping!

Daddy took Mama and Katalia out for some mMm Mmm good Pappadeaux's for lunch.

Mama attempted to take "studio" pictures of the little one, but was out of luck. Katalia was such a wiggly worm once again! Here she is pulling an "Andrew" (hehe). She has discovered her hands and loves to put them in her mouth.

What did you do when you couldn't reach the pedals or floor when playing the piano? You probably used phone books. :) Daddy put together the musical bouncer (Thank you Kurien Family!). Supposedly, your baby has to be 4 months old and able to sit up on their own, but Daddy and Mama just wanted to see if Katalia would play in it. They were very excited to see the little one figured out what to do with it!

Mama got picture friendly when she found this outfit in Katalia's closet. Tita is afraid Mama is turning Katalia into a "tom-boy" because she doesn't wear enough "cutesy" outfits.. haha

Our little one is a lil wiggly worm. Mama and Daddy are having to find different ways to stimulate her. The activity gym (alone!) just doesn't cut it nowadays.
